We are growing and looking for a new team member to join as a

Sales Support (10-20%)

Your Role

You will provide operational support to our sales team and ensure that our account executives can focus on what they do best: closing deals.

Your Tasks

Lead generation & research

• Identifying potential new customers

• Building and maintaining prospect lists in our CRM

• Qualifying incoming leads according to defined criteria

Scheduling & Follow-ups

• Proactively contacting potential customers

• Arranging appointments and coordinating for the Account Executives

• Consistently following up with prospects after initial contact

• Managing and updating activities in the CRM system

• Helping prepare tenders and procurement documents

Your Skills

• Experience in sales, internal sales or customer service an advantage

• Strong communication skills, a structured approach and the ability to work independently

• Proficiency in digital tools an advantage (CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

• Very good written and spoken English and German; Arabic an advantage

• Enjoy making initial contact with customers and have a flair for sales processes

• Reliability and self-organisation in a remote working environmentThank you for your message.
